Hello Crafters!
Today you will find me over the Faber Castell - Design Memory Craft blog and I will show you how I altered a 8x8 '' canvas. I used two of my favorite Gelatos - Metallic Mint e Gold Champagne!

The colors I chose are not random at all, it is the same color scheme that used it the first time I did a project with Gelatos (you can see here the canvas). I was still "a noob", I still did not know them, did not know how to use them, manage them, I did not know how to fade and their huge range of use.
I could do nothing at all, but something prompted me to throw myself into using them ... and it was the desire to be reborn and the desire to be refreshed. It was a starting point in so many ways.
It opened doors, gates and even a "healing" (albeit only figurative).

I'm not good at writing, you have certainly noticed it already. I can not write about how beautiful my life or how magical my family and my close friends are. I can not tell you how much I appreciate the chance that are thrown at me or that I feel extremely delighted when a company decides to focus on me and my work. Sometimes words seem thrown to the wind and words that on the Internet (or anywhere) can be misinterpreted....

So sometimes I'm silent. I write few things that go with the blog post itself. I am very shy and people who know me, would say anything but that of me. Shyness? Zoey? But what you're saying!

They do not know. They do not know the struggle that I have inside. They do not know that my hands tremble when I have to "press enter" or when I have to present projects.

But these "They" , do they need to know? No. Not necessarily. And then I let this canvas do the talk. Which like the first painting I did using the Gelatos, marks a rebirth.

Hello Crafters!
Today we have a brand new challange over Take It Make It su Craft Stampers Magazine.
This month's theme is "TAKE A STAMP" meaning that all you have to do is create with a stamp!
We accept any kind of creation as long as they follow our July challange guidelines that you can read here!

Also remember that the stamp has to be a REAL STAMP, so no DIGI STAMP!

For my inspiration project I made the cover of my art journal.
The background is colored with a mix of gelatos and various stamps. The circle you see are stamped with the lid of the Gesso Jar.

The stamp that I used for the corner is one of the Limor Webber new stamp collection from IndigoBlu and it is so far one of my favorite background/borders stamp!

I also made some splashes of white with Gesso since the whole page was kinda dark. The "art" word is an alphabet stamp by Scrappy Cat that I love meanwhile "JOURNAL" is a Kesi Art dies.

Hello Crafters!
today I will show you another altered panel I made -- to do this altered panel I used products that you can find over Limor Webber's shop.

With this post it starts my new adventure in the Limor Webber Design DT -- I was in this team since a while, but only now I started creating for the blog....and this makes me extremly happy and honored. Who knows me in real life, outside this simple blog, know how much I respect and admire Limor and to be one of her designer makes me truly happy.

I invite you to read over blog here the quick tutorial I made showing how I created this panel. I used products from Faber Castell Design Memory Craft, Lindy's stamp gang products and most of all stamps from the brand new collection by Limor Webber Design and IndigoBlu.

Hello Crafters!
Today I show you a colorful tag using only 3 Gelatos and as decoration two chipboard by scrapiniec.pl.



I die cut the base from a recycled cardboard, I ripped off few parts in order to show the inside of the cardboard.
For the background I decided to use only 3 Gelatos Red Cherry, Blueberry and Lemon. I blended them into a color wheel and I achieved different shades of the colors!


After I colored the background I added some stamps here and there and whipped spackle throuhg a stencil. When the paste was dry I added some splashes of color to add some movement.


And here's the finished TAG.

Hello Crafters,

first and foremost, I want to wish you all a really happy new year!! I am finally back in healthy and I was so eager to kick off the year with a new project for you.

This time I created an ATC card using stamps from Visible Image.
To those who do not know Visible Image yet (where have you been livinig!?!? LOL JK), they are a really sweet and talented company from UK that supply a variety of really good quality stamps.

The stamps I have used for this ATC are :

- Butterfly
- Make me smile set
- Crackled Background
- Bronte Script

To create the backround, I simply added few strips of washi tape onto the cardstock cut into an ATC size -- then I covered it up with a generous amount of gesso. I let it dry and then added Gelatos.
When everything was dry, it was time to stamp!!
I took the Bronte Script and without using the acrylic block I stamped here and here, I did the same thing with the Crackled Background -- but using a third generation stamp because I wanted to create a soft look. I stamped my sentiment covering the part where it said "second chance" and stamped it into the background using Stampers Big Brush by Faber Castell.

This is a really grey weekend here at Scrapsaurus Studio, this because I have been sick with fever and Bronchitis that it make even more pleasant the twenty layers of quilt that I wrapped my self in, but not so pleasant my voice that sounds like a living dead voice! LOL

Anyway..... 

Today I show you a card I made for the amazing blog CAS-ual Fridays Stamp. 
As you probably know, this blog/shop was created after the huge appreciation of CAS project -- Clean and Simple. So every time I create something I always try to follow this but I then end up following my true self and I create these cards fulls of layers and texture.
I am so happy that Michele loves to think that CAS-ual stands for CAS (clean and simple) but also UAL (utterly adorable layers) and that let me show in her beautiful blog a different use of her stamp set and dies.

For this card I used papers from my stash and Gelatos to add some color and to add some shine I used Lindy's Stamp Gang and Color Bloom by Prima Marketing.

The sentiment is part of the Wheat Wreath stamp set, meanwhile the snowflakes are from the die set Flurry. To add more shine to this card I covered the snowflakes with Glitter from Prima Marketing/Finnabair.

I really like the result of this card, maybe not so CAS but definitely a lot of UAL! :)

Hello Crafters!
Today is a very special day for me as I am, for the first time, published on line with the Faber Castell Design Memory Craft. 
You can read how I used Faber Castell Design Memory Craft products to create this canvas over the blog Paper Crafter's Library.
For me of course is an honor and also a huge joy to see my name alongside Faber-Castell Design Memory Craft. 
I do not want to sound too cheesy , lol, but these might be small step for someone but for me are really important and huge.

The inspiration for this canvas evolved all around the quote by Jack Canfield I wanted to use. So I embraced my fear to use cold and warm colors together and I created this.

Hello Crafters!
starting this month, my collaboration with the Sketchabilities challange blog  will slightly change! Karan,  our amazing dT Coordinaror, wanted to add a new small team that will be dedicated only to YouTube Videos!...and of course I couldn't do anything but jump into this new team!
Reveals will always go live at the same time than before, infact, the reveal for sketch #127 went live 15th November. For the videos it will work a bit different...they will go live few days after the big reveal.
Also 15th November was a "big date" for my friend ElenaB as she started her collaboration in the Sketchabilities dT aswell and I am really happy about it!

...but let's talk about my layout!
This Layout is dedicated to my friend Kiara's beautiful cat! Her name is Stella and it is such an adorable fur-ball all you have to do to make her happy is to call her name and first you will hear her adorbs purrs and then you will see her beautiful round face!
Color scheme was easy , since I used Kiara's favorite color : Fuchsia pink.

I used Gelatos della Faber-Castell Design memory Craft, Dylusions and as finish Ann Butler's Irididescents Colors by Eaarth Safe Finishes .

Hello Craters!
Today I am showing you my last card I made for Sketchalicious!
As I told you in this post when I was making this card and that tag, it was my "green" moment yeah yeah! LOL!!!
For this card, I wanted to experiment few new techniques (well...new for my works at least!) and I had so much fun playing with colors and various shaders...because in this card I used a lot of whites, a lot of yellows, a lot of browns, a lot of creams...a real color mix that make this green pop even more!
The stencil I have used is Hero Arts Stencil Tile Work and I also used  Ranger Texture Paste.

As far as what kind of color I used...well, I really am not able to write down each color because I let my self go and I just grabbed whatever colors I had close. I used Lindy's stamp gang sprays, distress ink, gelatos, wax color, watercolor pencils.... a real MIX.

I had so much fun because I felt like it was a true playful moment of experimentation!

Hello Crafters!
Today I show you a Tag (no way! LOL) that I created with the super adorable stamp from the Bloom Girl Collection by Jamie Dougherty Designs / Prima Marketing.
For me is a HUGE honor to be part of this design team, not only because I am deeply in love with the whole bloom collection but also because I had the pleasure and extreme bless to met Jamie in my art "evolution". She touched my creativity in so many ways, she is always encouraging and always sharing positive vibes. This is my first post in the Bloom Girl!

Over the blog you can find a little tutorial on how I decorated and finished the TAG!

The initial idea was a different one, lol, i wanted to create something different with the background, something lighter, but i love how the tag turned out...i just let my favorite tool (Gelatos) to captivate me!
Also I think that the bubbles I created with the Stencil (Orbs by Finnabair/Prima) give to the tag light and add a little bit of magic...no? LOL

Hello Crafters!

Here a reminder for you that the challange over  Crafter Stamper Magazine is still going on!

This month challange is still the same one I explained you in this last post, but this time I used the tissue tape in a different way.

I put some PVC glue over the tissue paper and I let it dry, then I added some gesso and let it dry again. Stamped with Archival Ink and colored everything with Gelatos - Steampunk collection.
